Graphics Designer – 2-3 Yrs

We are looking for a talented Graphics Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for our clients, including marketing materials, social media graphics, websites, and more. You will work closely with our team of developers, marketers, and project managers to ensure that our clients’ design needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for various mediums, including print and digital media
• Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts
• Use industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create designs
• Develop design solutions that are on-brand and meet client objectives
• Work with the team to ensure that deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop new design ideas

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Sketch, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio that showcases a variety of design projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of web design and development is a plus
