Business Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate leads through bidding portals/social media/cold calling and emails and working actively through various other channels.
  • Conduct business meetings/calls with prospective clients.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

  • Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client requirements.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Lead and train the entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales pipeline, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

SKILLS & QUALITIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and sound knowledge of IT terminologies.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport
